To register and maintain an account on the lago777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: lago777 employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player age. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed. lago777 may report underage gambling attempts to the relevant Philippine authorities.
lago777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by lago777 may result in account suspension or termination.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the lago777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lago777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually carried out by you personally.
You must notify lago777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. lago777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
lago777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. lago777 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of verification procedures.
All deposits to your lago777 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Currently accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers to designated lago777 accounts via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where available.
Prohibited Funding Methods: Deposits funded by credit cards are not accepted on the lago777 Platform, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting the use of credit cards for gambling account funding. Cryptocurrency of any kind is also strictly prohibited as a deposit or withdrawal method.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. lago777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. lago777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lago777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
lago777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms — constitutes bonus abuse. lago777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
All games available on the lago777 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
All electronic games on the lago777 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. lago777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lago777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lago777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
lago777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your lago777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lago777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lago777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude lago777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
lago777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the lago777 Privacy Policy.
lago777 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

lago777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, lago777 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the lago777 Platform, you agree to first contact lago777's customer support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. lago777 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing lago777's operations. lago777 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
For any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
